    •    Return Fees: If you choose a return, a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you opt for store credit, you will receive 100% of the paid amount as credit for future purchases.

    •    1-Year Warranty on Gold Vermeil: We offer a one-year warranty on the 18K gold plating, covering any fading as long as proper care instructions are followed.

    •    We offer a 10-day return policy for solid 18K gold pieces, starting from the date the order was fulfilled.
    •    Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are valid only for solid 18K gold pieces. Pieces with natural stones are not eligible for exchange, as each stone has unique and delicate characteristics. To ensure the quality and integrity of the jewelry, exchanges for these items are not permitted.
    •    Condition: The item must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of wear or use, and in its original packaging with the tag intact and still attached.

Exchange Process for 18K Gold Jewelry

    •    Cost: Exchanges will be processed at our cost. However, the insurance cost for the return shipment will be deducted from the credit issued for your exchange.
